Generally parking is great during the weekend. Guests rarely have issues with finding parking around the corner.

Yes our second floor has a mobile bar and can be positioned anywhere along the floor. Our first floor has a built in bar and is steady. The size of the bar is 8 ft wide (97.5") and 3.5 ft high (42").

our first floor comes with a mini freezer that is 28".

Our ceiling is 13.4 ft (164") from floor to ceiling. 

The round tables are 60" round and can seat between 8-10 guest per table. The Rectangular tables 6ft rectangular tables. Both Tables require tablecloth. 

All payments made towards events are non refundable. The only time a refund is considered is If you wish to cancel your event and Prime143 is able to rebook that same date. A refund for the payment is issued once the new client has paid in full for their event. There is a penalty of $200 for this process.

A planner or coordinator is not necessary however recommended. Your caterer may be able to provide these services. The day of your event is busy, you may not want to be the point person for all the details executed on this day. A person appointed for these responsibilities could be a valuable asset the day of your function. We do offer venue & Decor Packages.

Clients must have all items used during the event day removed form the venue by the end of the contracted end time.

Cash bar events are not permitted at our location.
